Returns & Warranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Humming Kraft purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note, customers are responsible for returning item(s) at their own expense.

To be eligible for returns or exchanges the items must be

  • In its original condition (i.e. new, unused and in good condition)
  • Inclusive of the original tags, packaging, and components
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number)

Once the item(s) have been received the returned merchandise will be inspected relative to the above criteria and a refund will be made within approximately 30 days. The refund will be automatically applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. The credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Refunds are not possible for products received in the condition not compliant with the return terms.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers or websites.
  • If you wish to exchange your item(s), we recommend placing a new order and returning the original order as it cannot be guaranteed that the item will be in stock at the time the exchange is received.

To complete a return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us at hello@hummingkraft.com with the order number and reason for the exchange/refund.
  2. We will provide a return shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack, seal, and ship the package to the provided address. If possible, items should be shipped in the original package.
We do not provide a prepaid return label to return your package. Please ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Humming Kraft is not responsible for lost returns.
